Senior Scrum Master

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in LATAM countries, Poland, Moldova, Romania, or the US (San Jose)

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to balance feature delivery with high-quality software.
• Schedule and manage sprints for the development team and define delivery timelines.
• Track and report progress using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Identify and escalate impediments that may impact deliverables to ensure quality goals are maintained.
• Facilitate scrum meetings, decision-making processes, and release planning.
• Guide team members on agile methodologies and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• English: B2 level or higher (written and oral).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM).
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps Server.
• Understanding of the full SDLC and basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.

• Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
