What you will do

• Lead and support Agile teams through the implementation of Scrum processes and ceremonies.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery.
• Identify and eliminate impediments to ensure steady team momentum.
• Track and report on sprint metrics and overall team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile project management, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Charleston, SC.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proven experience in backlog management, estimation, and team facilitation.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Proficiency in SharePoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, or Power BI.
• Prior experience working with NIWC Atlantic or in a DoD environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
