TL;DR

Regulatory Compliance Specialist: Ensuring hirify.global’ Global Supply Chain activities comply with government regulations by evaluating requirements, overseeing high-risk operations and suppliers, and supporting compliance programs. Focus on monitoring regulatory changes, implementing third-party risk management, and promoting adherence to company policies and Quality Management System (QMS).

Location: Middletown, OH, US, 45044 (onsite). Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

  • Assist with training employees and suppliers on the hirify.global Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop and maintain effective compliance programs.
  • Examine, monitor, and evaluate legal and regulatory requirements and changes.
  • Advise Legal and Internal Audit teams on regulatory compliance.
  • Implement due diligence for third-party risk management.
  • Monitor operations across Distribution Centers, Sourcing, Global Supply Chain, and field locations for high-risk activities.
  • Oversee audits for high-risk third-party suppliers.
  • Track government legislation changes and adjust processes accordingly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Suitable acumen and experience in the field; knowledge of applicable regulations.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certified Compliance Auditor (IRCA).
