What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and submit insurance product filings (rates, forms, rules) to state agencies via SERFF.
• Ensure compliance with evolving state regulations and partner with legal, actuarial, and product teams.
• Engage with regulators as primary liaison, responding to inquiries and coordinating amendments.
• Maintain records of filing activity and deliver reporting on timelines and outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects like prospectus review, policy print review, and records management.
• Mentor junior team members and support compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of knowledge in insurance industry and products being filed.
• Experience with regulatory filings and SERFF.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• 8+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Familiarity with contract drafting for life insurance, annuities, disability, worksite products.
• Strong leadership skills for projects.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to timeliness.
