Salary: $65K – $80K + Equity

What you will do

• Support sourcing by researching candidates, building pipelines, and drafting outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Own end-to-end interview scheduling, coordinating candidates and hiring managers efficiently
• Maintain ATS with accurate candidate records, stages, and notes
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged
• Assist with job description drafting and posting on job boards
• Grow into full-cycle recruiting ownership for specific roles

Requirements

• 1–2 years in administrative, recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination-heavy roles
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple roles
• Strong written communication for effective outreach
• Comfort with ATS and quick learning of new tools
• Collaborative, low-ego approach focused on supporting others
• Interest in using AI tools for efficient recruiting

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
