What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with high urgency.
• Execute strategic sourcing to identify and engage passive, top-tier talent through creative channels.
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales Directors and VPs, consulting on market trends and profile calibration.
• Drive the candidate experience by crafting compelling narratives and ensuring a seamless interview journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with the majority of the background in-house.
• Proven experience in GTM recruiting with a deep understanding of how sales organizations operate.
• Revenue fluency, including knowledge of quotas, territories, and AE performance markers.
• Must be based in Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to the city.
• Must possess valid US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.
