What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering, product, data science, and AI roles.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier passive candidates.
- Act as a strategic advisor and talent consultant to the CTO and senior engineering leadership.
- Lead complex negotiations for base salary, bonus, and equity compensation.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable hiring solutions.
- Coach hiring managers on inclusive interviewing best practices and market intelligence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in technical environments.
- Proven track record in leadership and executive-level hiring.
- Deep understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, AI).
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving startup environments.
- Must be authorized to work and currently based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Experience with advanced sourcing tools such as Gem, Seekout, or Juicebox.
- Experience in talent intelligence and market mapping.
