What you will do
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through strategic and personalized outreach.
- Partner with Mid-Market Account Executives to build pipelines and develop sales skills through consistent feedback.
- Strategize and map account details including use cases, stakeholders, and vendor decision processes.
- Prioritize opportunities and apply internal resources to move accounts through the customer journey.
- Manage lead tracking and sales forecasting using Salesforce.com and other tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
- Research and communicate effectively with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in the assigned region.
Requirements
- Previous BDR/SDR experience in a similar or adjacent industry.
- Must be able to join occasional in-person events and meet hybrid in-office work expectations in Denver, CO.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to proactively qualify customer needs and articulate business opportunities to the AE team.
- Strong technical understanding and keen interest in technology.
- College/University degree or equivalent work experience.
