Salary: $105,000 - $141,750

What you will do

• Lead complex technical projects for enterprise customers with minimal direction.
• Design and deploy modernization solutions using Rocket Enterprise Suite products.
• Collaborate with Delivery Architects to implement new technical solutions.
• Provide sound technical advice to customers regarding product defects and enhancements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical requirements to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with team members and customer representatives.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant technical experience in complex IT project implementations.
• Must have experience with Rocket Enterprise Server and Enterprise Developer.
• Proficiency in IBM COBOL or PLI programming.
• System-level experience with IBM CICS, IMS, and JCL.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of relational databases like DB2, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solution Architect, SAFe).
• Proficiency in an additional EU language.
