What you will do
- Build and operate unified marketing engine for acquisition, repeat usage, and revenue.
- Lead demand generation and performance marketing across paid channels with budget optimization.
- Develop lifecycle/CRM strategies to boost engagement, repeat bookings, and customer lifetime value.
- Define product marketing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for platform offerings.
- Evolve brand positioning as a technology-driven platform and oversee organic growth.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and RevOps for alignment and executive contributions.
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing marketing team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing in high-growth, data-driven environments.
- Track record owning end-to-end growth systems and performance marketing with significant budgets.
- Expertise in lifecycle/CRM, retention programs, product marketing, and go-to-market.
- Analytical rigor for data-driven decisions, forecasting, and business outcomes.
- Cross-functional credibility with Sales, Product, Finance; strong leadership to attract talent.
- Must reside in approved U.S. states or Canada.
