TL;DR
CRM & Loyalty Lead (Marketing): Taking ownership of the CRM function, overseeing lifecycle marketing, newsletters, and loyalty campaigns for consumer and business segments with an accent on multi-channel execution. Focus on optimizing business KPIs, implementing advanced segmentation, and managing technical integrations with the Product team.
Location: Office-based in London (Hammersmith); expected to be in the office at least four days a week

What you will do
- Develop and lead the CRM strategy for lifecycle, partnership, and product initiatives.
- Execute campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app channels.
- Drive continuous improvement of business KPIs, such as conversions and churn, through a documented optimization roadmap.
- Implement automation, personalization, and A/B or multivariate testing roadmaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Design, and Engineering teams on technical integrations and email strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM campaign management.
- Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Iterable.
- Proven expertise in experiment design, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to independently analyze performance metrics.
- Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting and templating languages.
- Must be based in London for this office-based role.
