Salary: $75,295 - $118,321 a year This range includes base, variable and equity

What you will do

• Independently own pre-submission, submission, and post-submission workflows of Revenue Cycle operations
• Identify improvements in billing operations impacting profitability and quantitatively report on them
• Lead projects to scale manual RCM operations and accelerate cash collections
• Build new initiatives like international expansion pricing, billing, and cash collections
• Leverage AI to reduce manual operations and partner with Intelligence, Data, and Product teams on roadmaps
• Develop self-serve dashboards, support payment structures, and collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Accounting, and Product teams

Requirements

• At least 1.5-2 years of experience in a startup or management consulting
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Advanced Excel/GSheets skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills
• Excitement to wear multiple hats and problem-solve
• Undergraduate college degree
• AI proficiency at least Level 1 (Explorer): Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity

Nice to have

• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge
• Health tech and/or management consulting experience
• Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, highly attentive to detail, learn-it-all attitude
