What you will do

• Own end-to-end client relationships, ensuring retention and stakeholder trust.
• Manage renewals and moderate growth within commercial frameworks.
• Guide Project Managers for smooth, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor account health, revenue, and provide forecasting to leadership.
• Identify risks early and serve as escalation point.
• Translate goals into creative programs and use data for QBRs and renewals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in account management or client services in creative, digital, or professional services.
• Experience owning renewals and client retention.
• Ability to lead commercial conversations within pricing structures.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior clients.
• Balance of strategic thinking and execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Project Managers and Producers.
• Data-informed decisions and forecasting.
• Strong English communication linking delivery to business outcomes.
