Salary: $30 - $40 per hour

What you will do

• Perform lab-based investigations on consumer field returns to assess product performance, durability, and compliance.
• Analyze consumer feedback from star reviews and call centers to identify quality trends and potential issues.
• Support root cause analysis efforts and contribute to problem-solving sessions for long-term product improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to enhance product quality across design and production phases.
• Document findings and create actionable reports using JIRA, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Participate in internal audits and support compliance with regulatory and performance standards.

Requirements

• Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program.
• Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and draw insights from large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations to management.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on documentation and process accuracy.
