Customer Quality Engineer Intern

What you will do

• Log and track customer quality complaints and assist with 8D reports
• Support failure analysis and document findings
• Collect and organize faulty parts and inspection data
• Perform basic visual and electrical checks (training provided)
• Maintain faulty parts database and track common failure types
• Prepare materials for customer meetings, reports, and audits
• Support customer visits with senior engineers

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Materials Science
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Interest in quality engineering, data analysis, and customer-facing work
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn tools like Excel, Minitab, or Power BI
• Ability to travel occasionally
