What you will do

• Act as first-line HR Operations contact, advising on policies, systems, and programs for consistent employee experience
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, job changes, and compensation updates
• Manage HR intake mailbox, triage inquiries, and partner with global HR for resolutions
• Administer Workday HRIS: data maintenance, reporting, testing, integrations, and user enablement
• Build reports for workforce analysis, compliance, and data-driven decisions
• Drive continuous improvement in practices, documentation, and global HR initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years as HR Generalist/Operations/HRBP with multi-country exposure and end-to-end process ownership
• Practical understanding of employment laws across regions (EMEA/APAC a plus)
• Hands-on Workday experience in configuration and reporting (Comp, Absence, Time, Talent modules preferred)
• Proactive approach to improvements and change initiatives in distributed environments
• Experience in start-up and established organizations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
