What you will do

  • Own new hire onboarding: handle paperwork, HRIS data entry, logistics coordination, and first-week support
  • Administer benefits: process enrollments/changes, support open enrollment communications
  • Maintain HR operations and compliance: update employee records, track I-9s, prepare audit data
  • Manage offboarding: coordinate final logistics, exit interviews, terminations
  • Provide general HR support: answer inquiries, update policies, assist recruiting

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in HR, People Operations, or administrative support
  • Hands-on experience with BambooHR (preferred); other HRIS like Rippling or Workday a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset; knowledge of employment laws

Nice to have

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or pursuing one
  • Experience with benefits administration or open enrollment
  • Exposure to high-growth or startup environment
