TL;DR

HR Generalist (Manufacturing): Providing strategic and hands-on HR support for a manufacturing facility with an accent on employee relations, legal compliance, and operational efficiency. Location: Onsite in City of Industry, CA (Monday-Friday)

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with site leadership to drive change initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational alignment.
  • Manage employee relations investigations, issue resolution, and provide coaching to leaders on performance and corrective actions.
  • Administer HR operational processes, including HRIS data accuracy, Open Enrollment, and leaves of absence.
  • Prepare and validate weekly payroll, ensuring accurate timekeeping and legal compliance.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to increase direct hiring and reduce agency reliance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal and California state labor, wage, and hour laws.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience as a Generalist in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, writing, reading).
  • Must be able to work onsite in City of Industry, CA.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant business field preferred.
