What you will do
- Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers, and records.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and tracking systems with timely updates.
- Support onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring Day 1 readiness.
- Track attendance, leave, timesheets, flag discrepancies, and support payroll reporting.
- Administer benefits including insurance enrollment, updates, and claims coordination.
- Assist with offboarding including clearances, access removal, asset returns, and final documentation.
- Conduct HR data audits and compliance checks for accuracy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops-related roles
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows
- Clear communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
