What you will do

• Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers, and records.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and tracking systems with timely updates.
• Support onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring Day 1 readiness.
• Track attendance, leave, timesheets, flag discrepancies, and support payroll reporting.
• Administer benefits including insurance enrollment, updates, and claims coordination.
• Assist with offboarding including clearances, access removal, asset returns, and final documentation.
• Conduct HR data audits and compliance checks for accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops-related roles
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows
• Clear communication skills and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
