What you will do
- Build and manage outbound enterprise pipeline, engaging senior decision-makers in Security, HR, IT, Procurement, Finance with tailored strategies.
- Own full-cycle sales from outreach to close, navigating multi-stakeholder processes, procurement, legal independently.
- Grow accounts post-close, identify expansions, ensure retention.
- Define ICP, build playbooks by buyer segment, develop autonomous regional GTM strategy.
- Influence Product, Engineering, Operations with field insights to shape roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales track record winning/expanding accounts in rapid growth/zero-to-one settings, handling 3-6 month cycles to VP/C-suite.
- Senior buyer network in Security, HR, IT, Procurement, Finance at enterprises.
- Self-sufficiency without sales eng/ops/playbook; build decks, run discovery, close deals.
- Commercial/strategic acumen to model economics, build resonant business cases.
- Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in ambiguity with high ownership of region/pipeline/number.
- Product curiosity to translate telecom/HR tech complexity into customer value.
