Account Executive, New Business: Proactively manage prospects and early-stage customers to drive adoption, engagement, and expansion with an accent on high-velocity sales motions, value selling, and strategic account planning. Location: Based in Dublin office with office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; Wednesday WFH option; Friday depends on role)
OTE: €103,000 - €115,000 (base €56,000 - €63,000 + performance incentives)

What you will do
- Proactively manage early-journey customers to ensure long-term success and identify growth opportunities.
- Prioritize accounts, develop strategic plans, and execute to hit incremental ARR targets.
- Build relationships in top accounts to boost adoption and retention.
- Target white space accounts via persona-driven or vertical outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on inbound leads, forecasting, and pipeline ownership.
- Master ’s value-selling methodology in a high-velocity environment.
Requirements
- Professional-level fluency in both German and English
- 1+ years closing experience in high-velocity sales
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly targets
- Experience in outbound prospecting and building territory/account plans
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, adaptable in fast-paced settings
