What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributor decision-makers and operational contacts.
  • Develop and execute tailored onboarding, training, and enablement programs for distributors.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and drive quarterly/annual business planning.
  • Conduct sales management calls and business reviews to align on objectives.
  • Expand market presence by acquiring new partners and optimizing distributor reach.
  • Oversee sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and report via Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a cyber security company with strong understanding of industry practices.
  • 5+ years of channel sales/development/account management experience.
  • Native Spanish, Fluent English.
  • Regional travel up to 50% required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; in-depth channel and field sales knowledge.
  • Strong strategic business development, planning, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM (Salesforce).
