What you will do

• Lead market research sprints to define commercial viability and customer outcomes before product specs are set.
• Produce concise research artifacts and serve as the voice of the market in product discussions.
• Support end-to-end GTM launches, coordinating timelines and assets across Sales, CS, and Product teams.
• Equip Sales and Client Success with tools, messaging, and enablement materials for the customer journey.
• Attend customer events, webinars, and conferences to support field activation.
• Experiment with AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and synthesis.

Requirements

• 1-4 years in product marketing, market research, content marketing, or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, or business
• Strong written communication to distill complex research into concise documents
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and work cross-functionally in agile 1-week sprints
• Curiosity for enterprise SaaS and B2B buyer evaluation processes

Nice to have

• Familiarity with account-based marketing and demand generation
• Prior SaaS or tech company experience
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT in research workflows
• Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, Jira
