What you will do
- Collaborate with VP Product Development and executives on business strategies, resource allocation, roadmap planning, and special initiatives.
- Lead and coach a team of program managers, owning global project schedules and driving cross-functional progress.
- Facilitate daily cadences, identify misalignments, ensure outcome focus, and maintain productive paranoia on risks.
- Act as dot connector, trusted advisor, and chief of staff for capacity planning and senior leadership updates.
- Partner with supply and demand planning for product availability and drive continuous workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years post-graduate experience, 7+ in program/project management or product development, preferably consumer goods.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and multi-project handling in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication for impact, relationship-building, and presentation skills across all management levels.
