What you will do

• Own the strategic initiatives portfolio "single source of truth" across Digital Gaming, Digital Experiences, and Future Lab.
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, from framing and planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage the operating cadence and collaboration model with hirify.global163, including joint planning and performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional approvals and dependencies across brand, legal, finance, marketing, and tech teams.
• Drive decision-quality by structuring options and packaging recommendations into executive-ready narratives.
• Operationalize Future Lab work by setting a repeatable pipeline for experiments and learning reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategy, business operations, product ops, program management, or consulting.
• Experience in gaming, interactive experiences, tech, entertainment, or consumer digital sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Strong structuring and problem-solving skills to turn ambiguous inputs into clear options.
• Demonstrated strength in executive communication, including sharp decks and clear writing.
• Practical analytical and financial fluency regarding KPIs and business cases.
