What you will do

• Act as the primary lead for a portfolio of Spinnaker programs with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and implement annual growth, profit plans, and underwriting guidelines.
• Manage relationships with Claims TPAs, reinsurers, and brokers.
• Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, including state filing reviews and sign-offs.
• Oversee the onboarding of new programs and the execution of renewal strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Reinsurance teams for reporting and placements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of risk management experience in personal and/or commercial insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in negotiating Reinsurance Programs and contract drafting.
• Strong understanding of insurance concepts, policy forms, and state regulations.
• Ability to conduct analysis on unstructured data and intermediate Excel skills.
• Must be located in or be able to work from Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, or Morristown, NJ.

• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, AIC, or SCLA.
