What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing global Technical Project Management organization, building leadership and talent pipelines.
• Own NPD portfolio strategy across product categories, aligning to company priorities, growth targets, and innovation goals.
• Partner with executive leadership on product direction, investment trade-offs, and prioritization.
• Evolve operating models, project governance, and prioritization frameworks for scalable execution.
• Provide visibility into project status, risks, and tradeoffs to executives; act as key decision-maker in complex scenarios.
• Influence cross-functional strategy across Engineering, Design, Product Development, and Operations.

Requirements

• Engineering background required
• 12–15+ years in technical project management, engineering, or related roles
• Proven experience owning large-scale, cross-functional portfolios from concept to launch
• Experience leading and scaling global project management organizations
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (NPD) and manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and reporting frameworks
• Demonstrated experience influencing executive leadership and driving business decisions
