What you will do

• Create and maintain the master program schedule for complex hardware projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional engineering, reliability, marketing, and operations teams.
• Plan and execute engineering builds, weighing tradeoffs between resources and operational improvements.
• Manage program budget forecasting and overall financial tracking.
• Drive deep dives for module and system-level completion and resolve critical path issues.
• Provide regular status updates and communications to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams through architecture, integration, and validation stages.
• Proven track record of managing complex hardware product schedules and NPI involving hardware and software integration.
• Strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Deep understanding of large-scale manufacturing processes (e.g., appliances or automotive).
• Must be based in San Bruno, California.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
