Salary: $258,000–$455,000 annually (depending on US pay zone)

What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-impact TPM organization while overseeing the most critical cross-functional programs.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape multi-year roadmaps and architectural trade-offs.
• Manage ambiguity and cross-org dependencies in a resource-constrained environment.
• Guide the evolution of technical ecosystems through automation, tooling, and platform improvements.
• Drive operational rhythm and ensure engineering systems remain cost-conscious, performant, and reliable.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow technical talent to multiply impact across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional efforts in consumer hardware, software, or tech.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, ambiguous programs across distributed teams.
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making using tools like Grafana, Looker, or Tableau.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to adhere to the company's 4+ day per week office policy.

• Background in software or hardware engineering.
• Experience managing production systems, reliability initiatives, or cost optimization programs.
