Location: Hybrid (must work in office 4+ days per week in Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or Seattle)
Salary: $258,000–$455,000 annually (depending on US pay zone)

What you will do
- Lead and scale a high-impact TPM organization while overseeing the most critical cross-functional programs.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape multi-year roadmaps and architectural trade-offs.
- Manage ambiguity and cross-org dependencies in a resource-constrained environment.
- Guide the evolution of technical ecosystems through automation, tooling, and platform improvements.
- Drive operational rhythm and ensure engineering systems remain cost-conscious, performant, and reliable.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow technical talent to multiply impact across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional efforts in consumer hardware, software, or tech.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, ambiguous programs across distributed teams.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making using tools like Grafana, Looker, or Tableau.
- Must be based in the United States and willing to adhere to the company's 4+ day per week office policy.

- Background in software or hardware engineering.
- Experience managing production systems, reliability initiatives, or cost optimization programs.
- Exposure to high-scale consumer social platforms.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in an analytical field.
