TL;DR
Senior People Partner (US): Partnering with senior leaders in Sales, Supplier Partnerships, and AmTrav to define and embed people strategies in a hyper-growth SaaS company with an accent on business acumen, high performance culture, and organizational scalability. Focus on coaching leaders through ambiguity, leading change initiatives, driving data-informed decisions, and building team foundations for expansion.
Location: Boston hub, IRL-first approach (3 days in-person per week), must be based within commuting distance. Relocation support to hubs available for certain roles.
Salary: $135K–$160K + equity

What you will do
- Partner with VP Sales (NAM), VP Supplier Partnerships, and VP AmTrav to deliver people strategies, provide coaching, and navigate growth ambiguities.
- Lead and develop a direct-report People Partner, setting priorities and enabling high-impact delivery across North America functions.
- Drive high performance by co-creating ways of working, embedding accountability, and aligning compensation with business objectives.
- Champion employee experience aligned with company values, acting on feedback to build a desirable high-performance culture.
- Guide leaders through fast-paced change with empathy, structure, and connection to the mission.
- Apply data-first mindset to hypothesize, diagnose challenges, track progress, and measure people strategy impact.
Requirements
- Experience as Senior People Partner with Sales/Revenue organizations in fast-growing tech companies.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence with senior leaders.
- Proven global experience with North America focus in centralized businesses across multiple markets.
- Deep knowledge of organizational design, high performance culture, leadership development, and change management.
- Coaching mindset, excellent communication, commercial approach balancing business impact and employee experience.
- Experience developing leaders via skills analysis, training programs, and measurement.
