Country Manager Brazil (Cybersecurity): Lead and grow business across SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise segments with an accent on hunting, pipeline creation, customer engagement, and closing new business in partnership with channels. Location: Remote (Brazil); must have legal authorization to work in Brazil without employer sponsorship

What you will do

  • Own overall business performance for Brazil, developing and executing country strategy for revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 field sales professionals focused on hunting, pipeline creation, and territory execution
  • Engage directly in key customer conversations, executive meetings, negotiations, and late-stage opportunities
  • Collaborate with channel partners (distributors, resellers, MSPs, MSSPs) to drive revenue while maintaining direct sales ownership
  • Ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and disciplined sales operations using data and metrics
  • Recruit, inspire, and build a high-performance sales culture with focus on accountability and customer engagement

Requirements

  • 12+ years of sales leadership in cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or related tech sector
  • Proven success leading customer-facing field sales teams with revenue responsibility across SMB, Midmarket, Enterprise
  • Strong experience in hunting, pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, territory execution, and channel-first sales
  • Demonstrated coaching of high-performing teams, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales discipline
  • Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders; strong commercial and operational acumen
  • Fluent in Portuguese and strong English; ability to travel within Brazil
