TL;DR

Broker Manager (Health Insurance): Responsible for the success, engagement, and production of independent agents working closely with operations and field sales to drive broker growth and sales goals. Focus on executing market plans, analyzing reports for increased production, providing training and feedback, and building broker relationships to meet sales objectives.

Location: Fully remote, must be located in North Carolina

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base annually plus commission

What you will do

  • Execute market plans for brokers and analyze reports to create action plans for increased production.
  • Provide real-time feedback, training (classroom and field), and influence brokers to sell more by positioning products and promoting the brand.
  • Manage territory contacts, meet sales goals through broker channels, events, and training.
  • Build relationships with brokers and agencies while reporting daily activities for alignment with market goals.
  • Coordinate with local sales team and adhere to compliance, Medicare marketing guidelines, and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • State Health Insurance License in good standing
  • Unrestricted driver's license
  • Must be located in North Carolina
  • Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate internally/externally, learn quickly, adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of systems/technology, data analytics, marketing strategy, value proposition, and broker environment.
  • Adherence to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines; Medicare knowledge preferred.
