TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, US

Salary: $190,000 – $230,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an AI-powered Agent Workspace for GTM teams to automate sales busywork and increase efficiency.

What you will do

  • Develop and refine core messaging and positioning based on customer conversations and market differentiation.
  • Own end-to-end product launches, from GTM strategy to the creation of launch assets and field enablement.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and objection handling guides.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis to evolve the product's market story.
  • Produce thought leadership content across blogs, LinkedIn, and webinars to establish hirify.global as a category leader.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of owning product launches from strategy and messaging to asset production.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce clean, compelling copy across various formats.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to explain complex AI capabilities simply.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with frequent product shipping and iteration.

Nice to have

  • Experience at an AI-native or AI-first B2B company.
  • Familiarity with the sales engagement category.
  • Prior experience building a PMM function from the early stages.
