What you will do

• Design and develop server-side technical solutions meeting business and architectural standards.
• Own and improve AI development environment including coding agents, prompts, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Build and optimize coding agents, tool integrations, and spec-driven AI development pipelines.
• Develop unit, integration, and automation tests; troubleshoot and maintain applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and Agile practices.
• Coach team members and collaborate with stakeholders to drive high performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Java web application development experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI coding tools, LLM-based systems, agents, prompts, and tool orchestration.
• Expertise in server-side Java with Hibernate, Spring, REST, JUnit, Mockito.
• Experience with multi-tier web apps, CI, TDD, JBoss/Tomcat.
• Knowledge of Scrum techniques.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
