Focus on building robust translation workflows, diagnosing production issues, and establishing canonical patterns for AEM-based translation pipelines.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Washington D.C., Boston, New York, or San Francisco (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Own the architecture and long-term product roadmap for the hirify.global AEM Connector.
• Guide enterprise customers through complex AEM Translation Integration Framework configurations.
• Define and document canonical patterns for translation project creation and content localization.
• Partner with Solutions and Account teams for pre-sales technical evaluation and onboarding.
• Train internal teams on connector capabilities, OSGi configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver new capabilities through the full CI/CD lifecycle including E2E testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional AEM development experience on AEM Cloud Service.
• Deep knowledge of AEM content architecture including JCR/Sling, OSGi, and Content Fragments.
• Strong proficiency in Java/OSGi bundle authoring and Sling Models.
• Deep understanding of AEM Translation Integration Framework and MSM/Live Copy hierarchies.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, including implementation workshops and enterprise rollouts.
• Ability to debug complex JCR node type conflicts and content tree issues.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with TMS connector development or XLIFF handling.
• Familiarity with Headless AEM, GraphQL, and Adobe I/O Events.
• Experience with AEM Cloud Manager, RDE, and package deployment lifecycles.
• AEM certifications (Developer or Architect).
• Experience with Cypress-based E2E testing.
