What you will do

• Manage and grow advertising revenue across Dublin and Cork Airport media portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and OOH specialists for premium client experience.
• Lead day-to-day account management on campaigns to drive best-in-market performance.
• Conduct site tours at airports to showcase media opportunities.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in digital, static, sponsorships, and creative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful brand experiences and support digital transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in media agencies or media owner environments with proven revenue-growth track record
• Strong understanding of the Irish advertising landscape
• Skilled in negotiating trading deals with OOH specialists and agency groups
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and pitch-development skills
• Strong influencing skills at senior levels
• Commercially driven, adaptable, resilient, and committed to delivering results

Nice to have

• Experience trading or selling Digital Out of Home (DOOH)
• Well-established network of agency and OOH specialist contacts
• Experience developing or mentoring colleagues
