- Lead migration to Good-Better-Best partnership model aligned with client goals.
- Conduct Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews using data to demonstrate ROI.
- Hunt and secure new high-priority agency partnerships in Cork region.
- Coach clients on performance gaps and tool adoption for efficiency.
- Handle complex commercial discussions and navigate market dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in account management or client-facing roles with revenue growth track record.
- Proven strategic sales experience in retaining and expanding high-value relationships.
- Expertise in ROI storytelling to justify premium pricing.
- Analytical skills to identify revenue leaks from performance data.
- Resilience in negotiations and objection handling.
- Ability to deliver high-standard review cycles and 12-month roadmaps.
