Salary: $90,000 – $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for business, operations, design, and engineering teams from sourcing to close.
• Partner with leadership to advise on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruiting processes aligned with business goals.
• Conduct talent market research for compensation benchmarking and talent attraction initiatives.
• Build and maintain scalable talent pipelines via LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks.
• Support intern and graduate hiring initiatives, including campus recruitment programs.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and enhance employer branding at events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house strongly preferred).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.
• Strong ability to manage high volumes of requisitions with attention to detail.
• Experience in candidate negotiation and offer management.
