Location: Remote (USA only) — West Coast hours preferred, with some office travel required

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and shape full-cycle recruitment strategy for summer interns and early talent programs.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities and external organizations.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive summer internship experience, from onboarding to full-time conversion.
• Partner with senior business leaders to influence hiring decisions and provide recruitment visibility.
• Leverage CRM/ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Handshake, and LinkedIn to drive data-informed results.
• Plan and execute global campus recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in university relations or early-career recruiting.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience with recruiting on the U.S. West Coast and in Hong Kong is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for recruiting conferences and events.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage metrics and data to optimize recruitment processes.
