What you will do

• Own TA reporting, analytics, dashboards, recruiter metrics, pipeline health, and demand forecasting.
• Lead TA Ops team for interview coordination, candidate experience, and end-to-end hiring workflows.
• Streamline recruiting processes, build scalable playbooks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize TA systems like Greenhouse ATS, Notion, scheduling tools, and AI recruiting tools.
• Design employer branding initiatives and optimize careers pages for better attraction and conversion.

Requirements

• 10+ years in global Talent Acquisition / recruiting operations.
• 3+ years managing high-performing teams.
• Experience in hyper-growth companies building scalable processes.
• Deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS, Notion workflows, Excel, BI tools for dashboards.
• Strong headcount planning, project management, analytical, and stakeholder skills.
