TL;DR

Senior Corporate Recruiter: Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in a new Mexico City Center of Excellence with an accent on strategic hiring initiatives, talent pipeline development, and vendor management. Focus on partnering with hiring managers, optimizing recruitment processes, and supporting local site growth through on-site collaboration.

Location: Hybrid role based in Mexico City (2-3 days/week in office). No potential for remote. On-site presence required.

What you will do

  • Design and execute strategic recruiting initiatives for the new Mexico City location across multiple business units.
  • Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruitment, aligning with hiring goals, timelines, and organizational needs.
  • Develop employment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define requirements, evaluate candidates, and ensure process consistency.
  • Manage vendors, search strategies, and metrics for cost-effective, high-quality hires.
  • Collaborate on-site three days per week to support site growth and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across diverse roles and business units.
  • Experience with technical recruitment (e.g., engineering) required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and local employment laws in Mexico.
  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM, job boards, talent sourcing, and resume mapping.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, vendor management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or HR preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in general HR functions beyond recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for US/Canada roles.
