What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruitment on a global scale, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Manage and advise key stakeholders in collaboration with the Lead.
• Develop unconventional recruitment approaches through brainstorming and problem-solving.
• Maintain the ATS and prepare comprehensive recruitment reports.
• Support and collaborate with team members to share best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles.
• Proven experience in global recruitment across various regions and time zones.
• English: C1+ level (speaking and writing) required.
• Location: Must be based in Lviv for on-site work.
• Results-oriented mindset and business acumen.
