What you will do

• Investigate and manage high-value subrogation claims and total losses, ensuring compliance with laws and policies
• Assess liability, pursue recoveries via negotiations, arbitration, or dispute resolution
• Prepare claim summaries, update systems, and monitor case progress
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance recovery rates
• Collaborate with team and management to establish best practices
• Coordinate with vendors and debt agencies, audit their performance
• Generate reports and track KPIs for departmental goals

Requirements

• 3+ years in subrogation claims, laws, or related field; expertise in high-value claims and total losses (rental car damage recovery preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, insurance, or related (preferred)
• Proficient in claims systems like Arbs Forums, E-Subro Hub, Accurint, LexisNexis
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills
• US work authorization required; no sponsorship
