TL;DR

Account Executive Sales (SaaS): Driving revenue growth within a defined regional territory by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships with an accent on data integrity solutions. Focus on developing territory business plans, leveraging AI tools across the sales lifecycle, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to maximize opportunities.

Location: United States (remote, East Coast preferred, approximately 25% travel required)

What you will do

  • Learn hirify.global products, services, and approved sales methodology to develop territory business plans generating pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and leverage client relationships to expand into new accounts and buying centers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Services, channel partners, and ecosystem to create demand and business propositions.
  • Prioritize customer value throughout the lifecycle, document sales steps, and manage territory forecast in Salesforce CRM.
  • Support VP of the Northeast in alignment with regional strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related (or equivalent experience) + 5+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong client engagement, relationship-building, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge and selling experience in Data Quality, Location Intelligence, Data Governance, Master Data Management.
  • AI-Driven Sales Execution: Proficiency in generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for account research, prospect prioritization, automation, and translating outputs into strategies
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and passion for customer success.

Nice to have

  • SaaS software sales experience across industries positioning data integrity solutions.
  • History of driving complex sales cycles in global matrixed organizations.
  • East Coast location.
