Rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) with a next-generation drug acquisition platform driven by technology and customer service.
What you will do
- Provide people management and strategic leadership to the implementation team, including assignments, go-live audits, and documentation.
- Oversee and support multiple implementation projects, leading the largest or most complex ones.
- Ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Develop policies, procedures, and training for client onboarding, testing, troubleshooting, and training.
- Build and coach the team, manage cross-functional issue resolution, and support sales in client meetings.
- Maintain understanding of client business challenges and ensure customer satisfaction during implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- 8+ years of implementation and project management experience, managing multiple projects.
- Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits management (PBM), and third-party administrator (TPA).
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Microsoft Excel; ability to work in multiple systems.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and self-starter mentality.

- Experience with channel partner implementations.
