What you will do

• Provide people management and strategic leadership to the implementation team, including assignments, go-live audits, and documentation.
• Oversee and support multiple implementation projects, leading the largest or most complex ones.
• Ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Develop policies, procedures, and training for client onboarding, testing, troubleshooting, and training.
• Build and coach the team, manage cross-functional issue resolution, and support sales in client meetings.
• Maintain understanding of client business challenges and ensure customer satisfaction during implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• 8+ years of implementation and project management experience, managing multiple projects.
• Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits management (PBM), and third-party administrator (TPA).
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Microsoft Excel; ability to work in multiple systems.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and self-starter mentality.

Nice to have

• Experience with channel partner implementations.
