What you will do

• Project manage client-facing projects using implementation methodologies, tracking deliverables, scope, plans, schedules, and SME payments.
• Maintain budgets in Workday, align forecasts with actuals, and communicate risks and profitability to Project Owners.
• Co-lead workgroups, gather stakeholder feedback, and drive process improvements.
• Ensure consistency in tools, methodologies, templates for milestone tracking, reporting, and legal documents.
• Support cross-functional leadership by fostering teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle Sunshine Act reporting and procurement tracking for projects.

Requirements

• Project management experience in healthcare.
• Financial experience including budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing professional growth.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods, adapt priorities quickly, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Large scale project management experience.
• Clinical and operational improvement experience.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Green Belt certifications.
