What you will do
- Own customer retention and upsell strategies, ensuring CSMs deliver measurable value to healthcare clients.
- Build and coach a high-performing team of vertical experts using industry-specific insights.
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Services to align efforts, improve forecasting, and amplify the voice of the customer.
- Navigate high-value accounts, conduct strategic business reviews, and foster C-level relationships.
- Develop scalable processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive team efficiency at scale.
- Influence senior leadership, handle escalations, and set performance expectations through accountability coaching.
- Foster team culture focused on growth, collaboration, engagement, and career development.
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles with track record in customer success, account management, or consulting.
- 2+ years of people management/leadership experience.
- Healthcare vertical experience is required.
- Proven ability to set strategic direction, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives independently.
- Experience with forecasting, risk identification, and mitigation in recurring revenue businesses.
- Deep analytical skills for customer health, retention, and industry trends.
- Digital/technology account management and partnerships with large clients.
- Understanding of digital marketing, local search, and ability to articulate product value against competitors.
