What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of 5-7 Account Managers to develop accounts and grow the overall book of business.
- Report on team activity and pipeline metrics and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services.
- Develop and implement internal processes to streamline account management and performance measurement.
- Define, assign, and foster the achievement of upselling and retention goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven leadership experience (3-5 years preferred).
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Expertise in both renewal and expansion strategies.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel.
