What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of 5-7 Account Managers to develop accounts and grow the overall book of business.
  • Report on team activity and pipeline metrics and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services.
  • Develop and implement internal processes to streamline account management and performance measurement.
  • Define, assign, and foster the achievement of upselling and retention goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership experience (3-5 years preferred).
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Expertise in both renewal and expansion strategies.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel.
