Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for mid-to-large accounts, driving adoption, outcomes, and expansion.
- Partner with customers to define success criteria and build actionable, outcome-oriented success plans.
- Monitor customer health and lead mitigation and renewal strategies in partnership with Sales.
- Quantify and communicate customer value and ROI through executive-ready presentations and metrics.
- Advise customers on best practices, use cases, and optimization opportunities for solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Services to deliver a cohesive customer experience and influence product direction.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven experience managing complex SaaS accounts and driving adoption and renewals.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Experience using data and technology to measure customer health and guide strategy.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience using as a CSM.
- Experience supporting enterprise or upper mid-market customers in a subscription-based SaaS environment.
