TL;DR

Location: Remote role based in the United States

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for mid-to-large accounts, driving adoption, outcomes, and expansion.
  • Partner with customers to define success criteria and build actionable, outcome-oriented success plans.
  • Monitor customer health and lead mitigation and renewal strategies in partnership with Sales.
  • Quantify and communicate customer value and ROI through executive-ready presentations and metrics.
  • Advise customers on best practices, use cases, and optimization opportunities for hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Services to deliver a cohesive customer experience and influence product direction.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing complex SaaS accounts and driving adoption and renewals.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Experience using data and technology to measure customer health and guide strategy.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience using hirify.global as a CSM.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or upper mid-market customers in a subscription-based SaaS environment.
