What you will do

• Lead a post-trade product portfolio aligned with strategic priorities and business goals.
• Build business cases articulating opportunities, client benefits, and financial rationale.
• Shape go-to-market plans based on client feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Client Services to understand and advocate for client needs.
• Coordinate product development across Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Regulation.
• Drive initiatives from initial concept to launch with a pragmatic and collaborative approach.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in financial markets or market infrastructure, particularly in post-trade (clearing, settlement, custody) or ETF/equity products.
• English: Professional proficiency required for clear and structured communication.
• Location: Must be based in Paris, France.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset.
